The customer pays the costs for returning a return within Germany. Return shipping for an exchange of goods within Germany is free of charge.

ABROAD
The customer pays the costs for returning a return and exchanging goods from abroad .
When returning goods from abroad, the customer uses the shipping service provider of their choice.
