The shipping service provider (DHL or DPD) can be selected individually.

Standard parcel 2.01-5kg = 8.90€

Standard parcel 5.01-10kg = 12.90€

Standard package from 10,01kg = 22,90€

SHIPPING TIME

Parcels are delivered within 1-2 working days.

WITHIN GERMANY

The customer pays the costs for the return shipment of a return within Germany. Returns within Germany are free of charge.

Theshipping partner for free returns is DHL.

ABROAD

The customer pays the costs for the return shipment of a return and an exchange of goods from abroad .

When returning goods from abroad, the customer uses the shipping service provider of their choice.
