The customer pays the costs for the return shipment of a return within Germany. The return shipment for an exchange of goods within Germany is free of charge.

The customer pays the costs for the return shipment of a return and an exchange of goods from abroad .

When returning goods from abroad, the customer uses the shipping service provider of their choice.

Switzerland

The customer pays the costs for the return shipment of a return and an exchange of goods from Switzerland .

For returns from abroad, the customer uses the shipping service provider of their choice.

Important: Please complete the enclosed customs clearance form correctly, as this will be presented to customs upon importation into Germany. Incorrectly completed customs clearance forms will result in the return being sent back to the customer by customs. The customer shall bear the additional costs incurred.

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (IOS by MAICA GmbH, Gutenbergstraße 20, 30823 Garbsen, Germany, e-mail: info@ios-clothing.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
