You ordered from us but you don't like the product or you received a damaged item? No problem!

We make returns easier

We have gotten rid of paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process your return and exchange online using your order number and email.

Our returns policy

You can return unworn items to us within 14 days. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus 5 EUR for return shipping) - according to the payment method you chose. Processing and refunds may take up to 7 days. Check out our Cancellation policy for more information.

What you cannot return

Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and returned to us in the original packaging, including the undamaged label. Of course, it's okay to try on an item just like in a store, but please do not wear items you want to return.

Returns from abroad

Returns You can also register abroad in our returns portal. We do not provide you with a return label for returns. Please note that you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad.
