You have ordered from us, but you don't like the product or you have received a damaged item? No problem!

We make returns easier

We have got rid of paper returns documents. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can use your order number and email to process your return and exchange online.

Our returns policy

You can return unworn items to us within 14 days. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus 6 EUR for the return shipment)) - according to the payment method you have chosen. The processing and refund can take up to 7 days. For more information, see our Cancellation policy

What you cannot return

Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in their original packaging, including an undamaged label. Of course it is okay to try on an item as you would in a store, but please do not wear items that you want to return.

Returns from abroad

You can also register returns from abroad in our returns portal. We do not provide you with a return label for the return shipment. Please note that you are responsible for the direct costs of returning goods from abroad.
